We stand behind the quality of every shirt we print. Here's everything you need to know about our return and refund policy.
Important Note
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please double-check your order details and consult our size guide before purchasing.
What's Covered
We Will Replace or Refund
- Damaged items (tears, holes, stains)
- Misprinted designs (wrong image, colors off)
- Defective printing (fading, peeling)
- Wrong item shipped
- Lost packages (confirmed by carrier)
Not Covered
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind
- Color appears different on screen vs. print
- Damage from washing/wearing
- Wrong address provided by customer
How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
- Include your order number in your message so we can quickly locate your order.
- Attach clear photos showing the issue. For print defects, include close-up shots of the problem area.
- Describe the issue briefly so we understand what went wrong.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim, here's what happens:
Review
We'll review your claim and photos within 1-2 business days.
Decision
We'll email you with our decision and next steps.
Resolution
If approved, we'll either reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived:
- First, check the tracking information for any delivery updates or exceptions
- Wait 1-2 additional days past the estimated delivery date, as minor delays are common
- Check with neighbors or building management, as packages are sometimes left in alternate locations
- If the package still hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll send a free replacement to the same address (or an updated address if the original was incorrect).
